Return & Refund

  • Goods must be in original, unused condition.

The cancellation fee depends on the production progress, with no refunds allowed after shipment. Freight costs are non-refundable. If the item is unshipped, a 2% fee is charged, while shipped items incur a 35% restocking fee.
